Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will adjust our price list in accordance with raw material price, currency fluctuation. Therefore, buyer’s price is calculated at the time buyer placing the order
ORDERING
All our merchandises are of the highest quality. They are handmade and hand painted with the utmost care. Each product is unique so slight variations in color, shape and size may occur due to the handmade process.
We take a great deal of care packing your order well – all products are quality controlled by us and leave Thailand in good condition.
Ordering wholesale with P&A is easy. This section explains the ordering process in detail.

Our wholesale prices apply to order with a value of at least US$ 1,000 or 35,000 Baht

Please provide us your email address if you have. We will email you the tracking number after ship out your order. We also inform our customers for new products arrivals through email.
We never and will not sell or give your email addresses to any other parties. We only use your email address strictly for the communication between you and our company.
What happen after you have sent the order?
After you have placed order, within two days we will send you a proforma invoice with estimated production time
We need to know the closest city to you with an International Airport or the closest seaport for shipping by sea freight
If you want to go ahead with your order please transfer an approximate 50% deposit
After receiving the deposit the production time for your order will be between 4 to 6 weeks on average
Throughout the production process we will stay in touch to keep you updated
When we inform you of the exact shipping date, we will ask you to transfer the balance due for the ordered goods as well as the shipping cost

SHIPMENT
We take care of all of your shipping requirements

Average time for transportation depends largely on the final destination of the shipment, and the method of transport employed. Goods traveling by air usually take 2-4 days to reach their destination. Cargo shipped by sea takes significantly longer, with the actual times varying depending on the distance of the journey. Lists below are the approximately lengths of time takes to ship goods, by ship, from Thailand to the following destinations.
• Japan: 10 days
• Singapore: 5 days
• Hong Kong: 5 days
• Korea: 12 days
• Australia: 22 days
• Taiwan: 9 days
• China: 10 days
• North America: 22 days
• Europe: 25 days
• Middle East: 22 days
• South America: 35 days
• Africa: 25 days
These times are from port to port only, and do not include processing time spent clearing customs on departure from Thailand, or on arrival the destination countries customs department.
PAYMENT
If not otherwise agreed all orders must be paid in advance. This is a standard procedure in Asia and unfortunately necessary, as we have no possibility to send COD or otherwise make sure worked orders are actually accepted after completion.
50% down payment from the overall amount of purchase is required. Payments can be made in the form of cash, or T/T (wire transfer) from the time of purchase or after the confirmation of purchase order. The balance is payable on completion of order, when we send the invoice to you before shipping.
In case that you agree to order, please transfer money to our account
In any case you should send us a copy of your transfer sheet or a transfer No. from your bank to enable us to trace the funds. This can be necessary due to Thai Banking procedures.
Note: The process of transferring money may take about 2-7 working days to complete
PACKING
Unless otherwise requested, we do the packing at our company, in our standard boxes, using air bubble for protection. The advantage is that we can pack properly with the experience that we have with our own goods and can also estimate the volume of a shipment in advance. This helps to estimate shipping costs. Please see details of packing for each item in price list.
For special packing, we will consider your request and charge you for additional costs.
PRODUCTION TIME
Approximately, our production time take 4-6 weeks after receive your fund deposit to our bank. The quoted production time does not include transportation time to destination. We will inform you individually on enquiry or order, what specific production time can be expected. The production time is counted from arrival or confirmation of transfer to delivery of goods to Cargo.
However during rainy season, due to high humidity, it can affect the production time of artificial flowers, sometimes considerably.
Note: In urgent cases, please do inform us of possible trade shows, etc, that depend on this particular order. We will then do our best to give it priority.
